I ordered #159 Com Bi Suron Nurong (rice w/shredded pork & char grilled pork chop), #172 Nui Xao Bo Luc Lac (diced beef macaroni), #30 Sup Bong Bong Ca (fish maw soup). Really tasty and not overly spiced, yummy! Good serving size, not too bad of a price at $30/person. Come and try it!
I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for the past two years; however, my most recent experience was very disappointing due to poor customer service. During my visit, I confirmed my order with the server twice before it was submitted, yet the order was still incorrect. Although I was charged for the incorrect item, I chose not to make an issue out of it at the time. When I approached the owner to address the situation, the same server intervened and insisted that I was mistaken. The interaction was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The following week, I returned to the restaurant, but upon entering, I encountered the same server. She gave me an unfriendly look and proceeded to speak about me to another employee within my view. This behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, ultimately leading me to leave and dine elsewhere. I would like to emphasize that I did nothing inappropriate during either visit. Despite my efforts to ensure my order was correct, the server’s continued attitude and behavior—including placing items on the table in a dismissive manner—created a negative and unprofessional dining experience.
I’ve been to this place twice and so far it’s so yummy. I’ve ordered this beef and rice plate and it’s so delicious with this lemon sauce. Come see this waiter called DD she will hook it up. She’s so friendly and she makes service even better. I would highly recommend this place not a lot of people come here, but the food is delicious and I think they’ve been here for quite a while. It’s located off the beltway and veterans Memorial.
